Mike Flaugh

Mike is a Florida Registered Landscape Architect and graduate of the University of Florida, College of Architecture, Department of Landscape Architecture. As the firm's founder, Mike has followed his passion for over 3 decades. Born in Miami, but a resident on the Treasure Coast since 1979, he understands the challenges and the opportunities of the Florida landscape.

Anna Morgan

Anna is a Florida Registered Landscape Architect and graduate of the University of Tennessee. She comes with a long list of credentials including APLD Certified Landscape Designer, FCLD Florida Certified Landscape Designer and FCHP Florida Certified Horticulture Professional. Anna is a gifted designer with a high level of expertise in every aspect of landscape architecture.

Peter Anderson

Pete holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Pete's skill and experience enables him to carry a long list of titles in our office including Production Manager, Code Compliance, Illustrations, Commercial Design and IT.

Michelle Harwood

Michelle Harwood earned her degrees in Audiology from Purdue and Vanderbilt University. She is our Bookkeeper and Office Manager.

Ana Alvarez

Ana Alvarez is our furnishings coordinator. She brings with her decades of design experience, space sensibilities and good taste.

Mala Vivek

Mala is an ISA-Certified Arborist. She earned her Master of Science degree in both Horticulture and Botany and is a FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professional. Mala prepares inventory and analysis plans in addition to Maintenance Guideline manuals for our clients.

Melissa Kostelia

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from FAU. She has worked in South Florida for many years as a land use planner and project manager. Melissa collaborates with and provides support to our Director of Design.
